All pieces are accepted. Nothing is omitted. Jurors are responsible for separating pieces between live and silent auctions and determining which pieces will receive cash prizes.

Susan Stoops, Curator of Contemporary Art at the Worcester Art Museum
Roger Hankins, Director of the Cantor Gallery at the College of the Holy Cross
Terri Priest, Painter and Local Artist
Why is the auction at the Holy Cross and the drop off is at AIDS Project Worcester?
AIDS Project Worcester was committed to having the event held at the College of the Holy Cross because of its close relationship with this community. We also wanted to involve as many students as possible because they have been highly supportive of our events in the past. It is difficult for the College of the Holy Cross to accommodate the number of pieces of artwork that we are planning to receive. In this case it would be easier for AIDS Project Worcester to hold the pieces until the day of the auction.
How will my artwork get from AIDS Project Worcester to Holy Cross?
Staff and volunteers from AIDS Project Worcester will transport the artwork from AIDS Project Worcester to Holy Cross. Artists must sign a liability waiver on the day of drop off.
Artists are also welcome to come back to AIDS Project Worcester on December 10 from 8am to 12pm and pick up their artwork and bring it to the Hogan Campus Center at the College of the Holy Cross themselves. All artwork must be brought to the Hogan Campus Center no later than 1pm on December 10th.
If can't pick my artwork up at the end of the night on December 10th what do I do?
All artists should attempt to pick up their artwork at the end of the auction or have a representative pick up their artwork. If this cannot be arranged, artists may make special arrangements with AIDS Project Worcester to have their work picked up the following Monday at AIDS Project Worcester. Please contact Merredith Collins in advance for special arrangements at (508) 755-3773 ext 41.
I'm a craftperson. What time may I show up to begin setting up my table?
Craftpersons are welcome to come as early as 4:30pm to set up, and may sell their crafts from 6:30 to 10pm.
What will the craft tables look like?
Craft tables are approximately 6'x3'. Each table will have a table cloth and skirt, and will be labeled with a registration number. You will need to register at reception before you can set up your table.
I have more questions. Who do I contact?
