About Us
AIDS Project Worcester, Inc. (APW) is the primary and most comprehensive AIDS Service Organization (ASO) in Central Massachusetts, as well as in all of New England. It is the second largest ASO in New England, providing services to persons living with HIV/AIDS since 1987.
AIDS Project Worcester has been providing, for over 17 years, a comprehensive range of services to support the medical care and various services needs of persons living with HIV/AIDS and those at greatest risk for the disease. We have offices located in Worcester, Southbridge and Leominster Massachusetts and provide services throughout the central part of the state. All services are offered in English, Spanish, and ASL (translation services available for other languages as needed) and are available in any of our three office locations as well as in the home, hospital, respite settings, detoxification/ substance abuse treatment programs, shelters, neutral locations, various community settings, etc. based on client need. Presently, as of January 2004, we are providing services to 1381 persons infected with HIV/AIDS disease and 5822 affected persons.

(APW) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation committed to combating the epidemic of HIV/AIDS in Central Massachusetts and to addressing the needs of families and individuals infected with and affected by HIV disease through service, prevention, education, advocacy and outreach.
