  • Emergency Financial Assistance;
  • Nutritional services;
  • Legal services referral Assistance (civil);
  • Medication adherence support
  • Psychosocial support services, a speakers’ bureau, and mental health counseling.

 

Health Promotion Services 

Programs designed to provide prevention and screening services include

  • Counseling and testing for HIV/Hepatitis C (HCV), gonorrhea and chlamydia, syphilis, and COVID 19;
  • STI Treatment Services
  • PrEP Support 
  • Narcan training, enrollment, and distribution;
  • The Syringes Services Program (needle exchange) for the city of Worcester;  
  • Outreach and prevention services;
  • Health Navigation Services
  • Vaccine Access and Navigation
  • Transgender Support Group
  • LGBTQ+ Youth Support services – SWAGLY (Supporters of Worcester Area GLBTQ+ Youth)
